Life Insurance: Variable Life vs Whole Life, which one is really better?

Is Whole Life premium more money than Variable Universal Life? I asked for a Whole Life insurance quote from one of the big insurance companies around, instead the agent tries to convince me that I should go with Variable Universal Life. He said Whole Life premium is always higher than Variable Life. He generated a printout for Variable Universal Life but not for Whole Life. I just want my premium to remain fixed in my old age and dont want the death benefit to fluctuate hence I prefer Whole Life. He stated that the death benefit is guaranteed for VUL. Is it really? I have a feeling it's not and that the premium for VUL will increase in my old age since it's dependent on my market investment. I'm beginning to think that his commission for selling Variable Life is more than selling Whole Life. I'm 37 female, non-smoker, in good health. I dont believe Whole Life premium would be that much higher than VUL. Any input is appreciated.

I was recently stopped by a police officer for speeding and when giving him my license and proof of insurance he stated that my insurance had expired. I then received a $550 fine for not having insurance, but not for speeding. I had a traffic accident with a bus and I had surgery, my health insurance payed 70% of all treatment fees and I payed 30%. now I have right to a compensation from the bus' insurance company because it was the bus driver mistake. they asked me for all the receipts to calculate the total cost. now I wanna include the amount paid by my health insurance company, do I have the right to do that ? I would like also to know if the 2nd insurance company can contact the hospital in which I had surgery to ask who payed the surgery fee. can they do that with my ID / or would the hospital provide them the information. Insurance companies sell them in many different forms. Life , Critical illness, Pet etc... We never used to have so much insurance in good old days but nowawadays we seem to have an insurance product to cover almost everything.Although the need for insurance is very much there do you think we are being tricked by the companies..? Hi, im looking to buy my first car with some money im getting from school; it will be used of course but i would like to know if anyone can give me insight on insurance costs. I will soon be 21 years old, have had a license for about a year and a half, and i have one accident on my record (possibly) that happened almost a year ago while driving my sister's car; and i was not listed on thier insurance as a driver does that make a difference? Help finding affordable health care for an individual 24 year old female in college part time and working.?

I am a 24 year old female in a community college (my 3rd semester) I am not full time because I am working as a waitress to survive outside of school. I have looked all over the internet and the quotes I have gotten have actually made me laugh. 520, 250, 300 a month for health insurance are you kidding? I have to pay 500 hundred dollars for health insurance a month? That is almost my rent. This is ridiculous! I really need to get a doctor and more then that I need a dentist. I grew up with a single father and I have only been able to go to the dentist once because his work did not provide health care unfortunately.
